Qlik Support provides QVS Log Collector to aid the process of gathering log files from all services in a QlikView Server environment.

By using the QVS Log Collector when providing supporting material to any QlikView Server related support case all required logs are included. With a complete set of logs Qlik Support can make more accurate analysis and provide most efficient assistance on support cases.

If the QVS Log Collector can not be used, please gather all logs from the default locations listed below or from your customized log locations.

IMPORTANT: Logs must be collected for the range of dates when your reported issue occurred or for a range of dates specified by Qlik Support.
NOTE: The Log collector does not currently work for QV 12. Please collect logs manually using the information below as reference.
